Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
By using csscopy you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the csscopy application.

3. Term and Termination.
Term and Termination. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for one (1) month (the “Initial Subscription Term”) and such term will automatically renew for successive monthly periods from the Effective Date (a “Renewal Subscription Term”) unless you cancel before the expiration of the then-current term. You may downgrade Your Subscription Plan to a free plan as set forth in the Product. “Subscription Term” shall mean the Initial Subscription Term and subsequent Renewal Subscription Term(s). We also reserve the right to change any of the terms of this Agreement for any and all Renewal Subscription Terms. You may also terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing use of the Product. This Agreement will terminate immediately upon written notice from csscopy if You fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Except for Section 2 (“License Grant”), all Sections of this Agreement shall survive termination. On termination of this Agreement, You and each of Your employee users must cease using the Solution and csscopy may destroy all of Your prompts, queries and/or data that You have submitted to the Solution. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may continue to use Your Generated Code on termination in accordance with the terms of this Agreement which shall survive as to Your use of such Generated Code.
Termination. Credits included in a Subscription Plan that are not used within Your then-current Subscription Term will not roll over for use in the subsequent Renewal Subscription Term. “On-demand” Credits purchased outside of a Subscription Plan must be used within thirty (30) days of purchase and will expire on the thirty (30th) day. All Credits are “use it or lose it.”

4. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, the csscopy boilerplate cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted.

5. Disclaimer
It is not warranted that csscopy will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
csscopy does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the software. csscopyshall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by csscopy's negligence or the negligence of its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by csscopy. csscopy shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event thatcsscopy are deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that csscopy's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services or software, which amount calculated in reliance upon this clause. You hereby release csscopy from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation.

7. Responsibilities
csscopy is not responsible for what the user does with the user-generated content.

8. General Terms and Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and csscopy as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of csscopy. You agree that csscopy will not be liable by reason of any representation, act or omission to act by you.
